Goal

We want to express our deepest appreciation to all those who have generously supported our cause. Your donations have an immeasurable impact on the lives of the youth we serve and the communities we strive to empower. To achieve our goals, we rely on donations from people like you who share our vision for creating a better community. All of our programs are funded through charitable donations, which means every little bit helps and programs depend on it. By making a donation to our non-profit organization, you can join us in building a better future for the next generation of teens. Your support will enable us to provide valuable wellness and construction training, empowering young individuals to thrive in the construction industry and beyond.

In addition, we want to highlight that a portion of proceeds will go towards our new Intern Emergency Fund, providing timely assistance to interns and families facing unforeseen challenges. With your support, we can establish and grow our emergency fund, ensuring that we can respond effectively to the needs of those in need.

About Tools Up Foundation, Inc
Tools Up Foundation, Inc

Tools Up Foundation's mission is building our communities, with the community! Underdeveloped talent, economic disadvantage, and safety gaps, plague the african american men and women of Cook County Chicago, especially within the Grand Crossing and surrounding neighborhoods. We will take the charge, and engage our neighboring communities offering our entire Tools Up Foundation ecosystem, which includes providing stipends, social & emotional mentorship, mental health coaching, case management & trauma-informed support services, as well as construction vocation.

Our target constituency starts with teenagers ages 14-17, developing family value perspectives, and providing guidance that promote mental stability within impressionable youth who are at high risk of gun violence. Teens will benefit from all supervised activities during peak hours of gun violence during both the academic school year and summer break. Teens will learn marketable construction technology skills that could set the stage for financial security as adults, as they graduate and transition into our 18 years old and up, Pave the Way Up pre-apprenticeship program.
