Please join Northside College Prep (NCP) High School by making a donation, running or walking for the Thursday, June 6 Race Against Gun Violence. We are running to honor our friend and Northside family member Emanuel Gallegos, who we lost tragically on February 25 this year. As a Strides for Peace Community Affiliate, Northside strives to augment the crucial voice of education in the ecosystem critical to achieving peace and tackling the challenge of gun violence in the City of Chicago.

As an institution for young adults, Northside uses this race as a means of fostering a productive outlet for NCP students, faculty, families and its community to do what they can to raise awareness, have constructive, peaceful dialogue and collaborate with other organizations in the race against gun violence.
