At Challenge II Change, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life and contribute positively to their community. Our mission is to create safer neighborhoods by addressing the root causes of violence and providing the support necessary for successful reintegration into society.

Challenge II Change's journey began with a deep-seated commitment to make a difference in the lives of those affected by violence and systemic barriers. Witnessing firsthand the struggles faced by individuals returning from incarceration and the impact of gun violence on our communities, Co-Founders Javier Reyes and Maria Garza felt compelled to take action. The right resources and support paired with public awareness and community engagement, could help break the cycle of violence and create a brighter future for everyone.

Your Support Makes A Difference:
We cannot do this alone. Your generous support will help us purchase a vehicle to provide transportation services to all of the people we serve.  We have a housing property for justice-involved individuals. We are raising funds to buy a vehicle to take the people we service to job interviews, workshops, trainings, and/or appointments. Your generous support enables us to expand our programs, reach more individuals in need and make a lasting impact on our communities.
