What is the date and time of the race?
Thursday, June 6th at 6:30 pm is the start of the 8K for the 2024 Race Against Gun Violence.

What is the location of the race?
Grant Park 

Can I participate if I live in another state?
Yes!  The beautiful thing about participating virtually is that anyone can sign up, no matter where you live or where you walk/run!  If you live outside of the United States, please get in touch with us at info@stridesforpeace.org to find out if we can ship a race packet to you before you register.

What are the race registration options and fees?
8k, 5k, 2 mile walk:  $35-$50 (see pricing schedule on registration page) 
Tots for Peace Sprint – Ages 2-10:  $15 


How do I get my race t-shirt and bib?
You can pick up your packet at advance packet pickup or onsite on race day.  You can also elect to have your packet shipped to your home for an additional $15.


Does the race offer employee engagement opportunities?

Yes!  We can provide a purpose-driven experience by using RAGV as a catalyst for civic engagement by connecting runners, businesses, and the nonprofit community through our corporate team program! Contact us to learn more: info@stridesforpeace.org 


Will event merchandise be available? 
Yes, Strides For Peace merchandise is available for purchase as part of race registration. Your merchandise will be shipped with your race packet.
